• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Business Manager.

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics (preferred).

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in lead generation for service-based or e-commerce businesses is a plus.

Job Context

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Facebook Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing Facebook Ads, analyzing performance, and generating quality leads to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Brand Awareness).

• Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences and lookalike audiences.

• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.

• Collaborate with the content/design team for ad creatives and copies.

• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.

• Stay updated with the latest Facebook and digital marketing trends.

• Manage Facebook Business Manager, Ad Accounts, and Pixels.
