Job Context:
∎ In this position, We are looking for a digital marketer to help promote our services. The position involves social media management, web content creation to attract students for admission in Japanese language courses. The applicant must have good knowledge about marketing campaigns, for website and social media, including good Graphics developing marketing strategies/Ideas.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka ( Shahajadpur, Bir Uttam Rafiqul Islam Avenue )

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a good knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategy. Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics Designing Knowledge & content writing.
∎ Expertise in Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Must have a good knowledge of creative content writing.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conducts advertising campaign, and product
∎ photo shoot's for the campaign.
∎ Must have a good knowledge of graphic design to Create posts, Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be
∎ Displayed on the website, social media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, and responding.
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaigns as per company needs.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, social media, Blog, Website & email, etc. to
∎ Increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Must have good Knowledge to marketing and updating the company website.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Conduction of routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirements.

Additional Requirements:

∎ At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
∎ Training/Trade Course: SEO and digital marketing, Graphic design, Content writer
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Creative content writing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, MS Word /
∎ Excel / PowerPoint, SEO and Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Writing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ 10 k to 15 k ( Depends on Experience and Skill )
