∎ Skills Required: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, MS Office ( Power points ,MS word , Bengali typing in Bijoy and Unicode ) and other Graphic Design computer-based applications.

We are renowned for our high-quality products Natural Olive Cosmetics given brand name is "Yusera" and the high-quality Disinfectant Cleaning & Hygienic products with brand name "Andalus" which are manufactured in Bangladesh and the raw materials all are directly imported from Spain to maintain Global standards.
∎ RCL currently initiated new major Product lines for Domestics and the South Asian market. The nature of our business is Manufacturing, Sales & distribution having strong marketing channels inclusive of international sales that is completely focused to 100s of Natural Cosmetics, Baby Care, and all kinds of Disinfectant Cleaning & Hygienic products with Industrial Textile Washing product lines which are totally environment friendly. The products will be European standard using high-quality raw materials directly imported from Spain with its superlative original formulation and specialized supervisions of renowned Spanish company "AOVE Lab Spain, S L" Granada, Spain.
∎ Business and structure: Rangpur Chemical Limited (RCL) currently has formed strong automated manufacturing units with strong R & D departments, MIS with a robust IT infrastructure, modern Supply Chain units, nationwide sales, and marketing team has the three types of distribution channels, are wholesalers, retailers, and direct-to-consumer sales and strong after-sales support units to maintain a very good cordial relationship with wholesalers, retailers, suppliers and end-users as well.
∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Executive. We need to hire an SEO Expert & Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns and develop marketing area, writing content besides SEO. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement Graphics and Layouts to be used in various media, like print media, website, social media .
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
∎ Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
∎ Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
∎ Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
∎ Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily ( e.g., original text, photos, videos and news) & Experience with video editing & customization of small video clip for social media inclusive websites .
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews inclusive oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)etc.
∎ Be familiar with designing graphics and video content for Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG) and Multinational Companies / Corporate organizations.
∎ Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, add firm , art services, printers, etc.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
∎ Required knowledge of keyword research such as Google Trends., Facebook ads, Facebook marketing, Google Ads, Google analytics, PPC Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEO and Digital Marketer, Social Media Marketing (SMM),Double Click Ad planner, Elixer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital marketing activities for Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies / Corporate organizations.
∎ IELTS or equivalent examination will be given preference.
∎ Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
∎ Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
∎ Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
∎ Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).
∎ Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion.
∎ Hands-on experience in content management.
∎ Excellent copywriting skills.
∎ Fluency and high-quality writer in English.
∎ Analytical and multitasking skills.
Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000 to BDT 20,000 ( Based on work experience ) .
