The Ideal team member should have a proven track record of organizing and implementing successful cross channel digital marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of mediums.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ The Digital Marketing Executive's role is to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing activities across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in wide range of field practices, concepts and procedures of online and social media marketing.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
∎ Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, event support materials, brochures etc.
∎ Managing Clients and Agency Relationships.
∎ Setting up and manage Adsense, Admob, Audience Network, Facebook/YouTube monetization etc.
∎ Preparing budgets and schedules for marketing campaigns.
∎ Preparing marketing reporting post campaigns, with analytics, ROI, KPI etc.
∎ Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Being highly creative and ability to think outside the box.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ MUST HAVES:
∎ 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or in a similar role.
∎ Knowledge of website analytics tools.
∎ In-depth working knowledge of setting up and optimizing Adsense, Admob, Audience Network, Facebook/YouTube video monetization etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
∎ Meticulous attention to details.
∎ Ability to work in both in-door and out-door and late nights where necessary.
∎ Organized and able to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
∎ PREFERABLES:
∎ Passionate about cricket and sports in general.
∎ Knowledge of social media operations.
