Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Courses completed and certifications earned in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing/Sales from reputed IT institutes or online portals will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, SEO and Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
∎ Plan, monitor and enhance the company's online presence on social media
∎ Launch optimized ad campaigns through Facebook, google etc. to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Grow, scale and manage community of customers digitally (through Facebook group, page, Instagram etc.)
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing
∎ Be actively involved in SEO efforts
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts and analyze reports.
∎ Assist in meeting company's targets by utilizing digital marketing best practices.
∎ Consistently study and keep up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends
∎ Suggest and implement valuable ideas to utilize digital marketing efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a digital marketing specialist (as a freelancer or full-time employee)
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and its best practices
∎ Experience with B2C social media, Facebook Marketing, email campaigns and SEO.
∎ Perfect Knowledge of various tools and techniques in Digital Marketing.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Skills and experience in writing engaging copy
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
