Job Responsibilities
Create engaging video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for social media platforms.
Design attractive photo cards, posters, and promotional creatives
Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Plan and execute content strategies to increase reach and engagement
Capture in-store photos/videos of services, clients (with consent), and daily activities
Stay updated with trending content ideas and apply them creatively
Run basic boosted ads/campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Coordinate with management for campaign planning and promotions
Requirements
Experience in video editing and content creation (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of social media trends
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in beauty/lifestyle industry is a plus
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Media preferred, but not mandatory
Experience
1–3 years (Freshers with strong skills and portfolio are encouraged to apply)
Additional Requirements
Must have a portfolio or sample work (video/photo content)
Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content.
