Job Context:
∎ A US based e-commerce company is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join its team. This is a FULL TIME role that starts in January 2020.
∎ The ideal candidate needs to have proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for small to medium sized businesses. In addition, the ideal candidate has to have a deep knowledge of marketing automation and social media strategies to generate demand.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities of the job include, but not limited to:
∎ Become our expert with media platforms and analytics tools across multiple digital channels, including display (banner ads), mobile (smartphone, tablet), search (Google, Yahoo!/Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest) and online video (YouTube), among others.
∎ Ideation of social media content calendars.
∎ Creating and Managing the posts of social and digital content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and more.
∎ Writing editorial content for our site blog in the themes of sustainability, innovation, production, and more.
∎ Performing competitive research and bringing new digital marketing ideas to the table.
∎ Learn about content collection and strategies of brand storytelling.
∎ Creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
∎ Support management and activation of key e-commerce and marketing engagement platforms, websites, landing pages or digital assets to support e-commerce and online marketing campaigns, product launches and positioning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Extensive knowledge of the functionality and design of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
∎ Firm grasp on social media strategy for acquiring new audience members on the aforementioned networks.
∎ Interest in and passion for all aspects digital marketing.
∎ Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
