Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about "On page SEO" based on current ranking factor
∎ Good knowledge about "Off page SEO" based on current ranking factor
∎ Strong analytical Data processing skills and data-driven thinking and deep understanding of key factors, on-page and off-page, that influence organic search rankings
∎ Knowledge about Content marketing
∎ Implement SEO audit findings and complete related project plan
∎ Develop SEO roadmap, identify and implement strategies and tactics for increasing organic traffic
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Local SEO, YouTube SEO,
∎ Should have the ability to use premium SEO tools such as - SEMRush, Ahrefs, Yoast Premium Plugin, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Mixpanel Webmaster tools for track progress
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
∎ Identify new trends in digital marketing
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media platform's contents
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Bing campaigns
∎ Experience in setting up and Facebook and install Facebook pixel
∎ Experience in Twitter, Reddit marketing
∎ Research, test, manage link building campaigns for high quality inbound links from paid/free directories, top industry sites, blogs and more
∎ Work experience on back linking
∎ Email outreach, Guest post, Broken link building, Web 2.0 (With tier link building)
∎ Social media marketing
∎ Conduct keyword research using Google and other research tools
∎ Recommend SEO opportunities based on keyword research and internal tools
∎ Make recommendations for content changes to new and existing content, including site side and link-building analysis and recommendations
∎ Proactively monitor search engine changes and document search engine algorithmic changes
∎ Provide and create detailed analysis to trend campaign performance
∎ Create and update daily, weekly and monthly SEO reports which include traffic rankings, visitor hits, % changes between periods, and visitor goals
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Manage Email and SMS campaigns.
∎ Recommend SEO opportunities based on keyword research and internal tools
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ age at least 25 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At most 1 to 3 years
∎ Collaborate with the Development team keeping components compatible with SEO.
∎ Must have 'Can Do" attitude.
∎ Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
∎ Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
∎ Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools
∎ Proficient to expert with Word, Excel,
∎ Must be a quick learner when it comes to differences in cultures which can shape the foundation of a SEO project
∎ Great communication skills, written and verbal.
∎ Web site development through word press
∎ Ability to juggle multiple short-term and long-term projects and be effective at task and timeline management
∎ Comfortable working with content management systems
∎ Ability to work individually and with cross-functional teams to drive results
∎ Excellent analytical skills to analyze large quantities of data
∎ A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
∎ Proven project management skills
∎ Again, the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English
∎ Keep a detailed insight on the progress of the team
∎ Identify any oversights regarding SEO practices and rectifying them with finesse and professionalism
∎ Provide continuous guidance regarding recent developments in SEO best practices
∎ Keep track of the workload and to distribute the work based on skill level
