Additional Requirements: Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns.
- Must have handled BDT 2–5 lakh+ monthly ad budgets (combined or per client).
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Conversion API, Pixel Setup.
- Skilled in ROAS optimization, A/B testing, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or e-commerce analytics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Objective: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns that generate measurable sales, quality leads, and strong ROI for our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough market and audience research to design effective campaign strategies.
- Develop and A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and monitor daily ad budgets while optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Implement Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking through GTM and Analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce impactful ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithms, and industry trends to ensure competitive performance.
- Coordinate with sales/client teams to align campaigns with conversion and revenue goals.
