Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Generate bills for diagnostic services (e.g., pathology, imaging, consultations).
- Verify test requisitions and patient information before billing.
- Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and front desk staff to ensure accuracy in billing.
- Collect payments via cash, card, or mobile payment methods.
- Maintain daily billing records and report to the accounts department.
- Handle patient queries related to billing and clarify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper application of discounts, packages, and promotional offers.
- Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
Roster wise Duty: 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM
