Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ ACA / CMA
∎ Partially completed professionals from ICAB / ICMAB may also apply
∎ Graduates of renowned public or private universities shall also get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Financial Reporting, Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement policies and procedures concerned with Accounts & Finance.
∎ Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies and optimizing working Capital.
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations by coordinating with different departments.
∎ Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
∎ Maintain corporate relationships with Bankers, Auditors, and regulatory agencies.
∎ Assist to Prepare the monthly and yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Maintain proper project accounting and provide monthly project wise financial reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies.
∎ Ensure timely payment made to supplier and others stakeholder.
∎ Manage Tax & VAT matters of the company.
∎ Coordination with other cross functional Departments for smooth operational activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates with having significant experience in Real Estate industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
