Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Master in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Retired Major from Armed Forces.
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Army, Defense

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & direct the day-to-day activities of the Security Team of the respective Complex
∎ Exercise command and control over the Security Team;
∎ Lead and develop effective security policies and procedures to save and secure the company's assets and complex;
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required;
∎ Notifies security weaknesses and works to develop better practices throughout the complex;
∎ Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meetings with security personnel on a periodical basis;
∎ Implement security /safety improvements measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers, and employees as directed by the management;
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, and overtime of the Security Force;
∎ Asses the needs of the respective complex and the needs of new security personnel;
∎ Train the Security Team and handle their grievances;
∎ Coordinate tasks and responsibilities with GM.
∎ Dealing with the incident as and when required;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in any security company (such as RMG, Textiles, FMCG, etc.) after retirement of the Armed Forces
∎ Experienced in Armed Commando / Intelligence / NSI / DGFI / Armed Forces/RAB will be preferred
∎ Well-trained in HSE/Plant Safety & Security will be preferred
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English

Salary: Negotiable
