The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the Sales & Marketing operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans.
Collaborate with sales and development teams to align strategies.
Knowledge to manage multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, email, content)
Knowledge of managing social media presence to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
Prepare monthly marketing plans and sales forecasts.
Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned targets through marketing forces.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members to achieve team sales targets.
Have experience in forecasting sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
Corporate sales planning and implementation. Organizing related teams, monitoring & controlling executives & others.
To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
Prepare and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
