Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Retired Major from Armed Forces.
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Army, Defense, Retired Commissioned Officers from Bangladesh Army

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & direct the day-to-day activities of Security Team of respective Complex
∎ Exercise command and control over the Security Team;
∎ Lead and develop effective security policies and procedures to save and secure the company's assets and complex;
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required;
∎ Notifies security weaknesses and works to develop the better practices throughout the complex;
∎ Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meeting with security personnel on periodical basis;
∎ Implement security /safety improvements measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers and employees as directed by the management;
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, overtime of the Security Force;
∎ Asses the needs of the respective complex and the needs of new security personnel;
∎ Train the Security Team and handle their grievances;
∎ Dealing with incident as and when required;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in any security company (such as: RMG, Textiles, FMCG etc.) after retirement of Armed Forces
∎ Experienced in Armed Commando/Intelligence/NSI/DGFI/Armed Forces/RAB will be preferred
∎ Well trained in HSE/Plant Safety & Security will be preferred
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
∎ Job Location : Moulavi Bazar, Sylhet Or Gazipur, Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable
