Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Biological Science with entomology as major from any reputed University.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing discipline from reputed institute will get preference.
∎ Any professional education in regards to marketing/sales discipline from reputed institute will get advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare annual sales budget for the company (Region/Territory- micro-units wise) in line with corporate guideline. Evaluate sales & recovery plan in compliance with the company’s pre-approved policy.
∎ • Prepare monthly/quarterly budget phasing and provide rolling forecast to the Management team. Prepare current market oriented strategies & also suggest new market oriented strategies to the Management, which can satisfy the needs of the customers and can improve relationship between customers (Internal – external) & company.
∎ • Develop strategic sales plan in consultation with the higher Management, own marketing/sales unit heads and other concerned departments within the company to exploit existing & potential market within the country considering Products, Place, Price & Promotion & People (major focus on business related to Public Health products/Mosquito Coils/Cockroaches control items, Pest control operations and Tender business).
∎ • Can prepare strategies and business friendly policies and implement, analyze, control & rectification for business development of the company.
∎ • Coordination between various departments within the organization for Business Development would be an integral part of the job. Having power to motivate and uplift the spirits of the employees for sustainable growth of the company.
∎ • Ensure channel partner’s satisfaction by developing need oriented programs. Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
∎ • Must have the ability to develop a goal hunting team for significant business growth year on year with a certain profit.
∎ • Guide, monitor regulatory team regularly to achieve product development objective within given time.
∎ • Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years practical experience of implementing strategies, policies, Sales & recovery management in the field of Public Health Products business (especially house hold items, mosquito coils, cockroaches control items and pest control operators related business industry-retail & tender business) in Bangladesh.
∎ Age : Around 40 year(s) (Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ The applicants must have proven experience in the field of Public Health, Consumer & Agriculture Input business utilizing Govt. & private channel partners & tenders. Having Flexibility, excellent leadership, managerial capabilities, convincing and negotiation skills.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
