Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help to plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
∎ Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.
∎ To develop a standard costing system.
∎ Manage the transition from the existing cost environment to standard cost System.
∎ Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
∎ Manage day to day operation of existing cost accounting function.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Analyze pre-costing with post-cost.
∎ Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in any 100% export oriented dyeing, printing & finishing industry.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of inventory, pre cost and cost, etc. relevant fields.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with frequent movement to the Factory.
