Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ ACA / CMA
∎ Partially completed professionals from ICAB / ICMAB may also apply
∎ Graduates of renowned public or private universities shall also get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Financial Reporting, Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduce, coordinate and implement appropriate financial SOPs, policies and procedures related to Accounts & Finance.
∎ Ensure preparation of different monthly/quarterly/half yearly and annual financial reports for the Management.
∎ Develop accounting modules through ERM/ERP software and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the management.
∎ Evaluate financial performance of the organization and recommend corrective measures (if needed).
∎ Analyze various reports - records and assist management with necessary data / information to ensure necessary arrangements in regard to financial issues, risk management etc.
∎ Establish effective Budgetary Control System through preparing, monitoring and analyzing budgetary tools, records and reports.
∎ Maintain corporate relationship with banks and financial institutes.
∎ Ensure regular compliance for external Audit, VAT & Tax, FRC and all other regularity bodies.
∎ Also ensure compliance through necessary applications for responding queries from different Govt./Non-Govt Organization, Financial Institution, Foreign Investors and other regulatory bodies/organizations.
∎ Coordination with other cross functional Departments for smooth operational activities.
∎ Carry out all the relevant activities in line to the guidelines of the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates having significant experience in Real Estate industry will get preference.
