∎ Bangladesh Open University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSE, MCSA, CCNA ANY DIPLOMA IN COMPUTERS ETC
∎ Skills Required: Computer Technician, Computer Troubleshooting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Troubleshooting, IT Support Service, Printer servicing, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Context:
∎ This is a project based job not contractual job type full time at site.
∎ Eligibility Criteria
∎ Graduate/BE/BTech in Computer Engineering or requires 10+2 with 2/3 years Diploma in Computers.
∎ Minimum Experience 2-3 years
∎ Good English & Bangla Language.
∎ Immediate joiners/minimum notice period preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities will be:
∎ To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
∎ To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to IS Policies and Procedures.
∎ To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
∎ To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
∎ Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
∎ Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
∎ Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
∎ To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant IT personnel.
∎ Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of Workstation related problems
∎ Maintaining Asset Register of all IT equipment in IS Workshop and Department
∎ Implement, managing and maintaining Workstations 7/8/10
∎ Implementing & Support of MS Office 2000-2019 products
∎ Installation and Support of Network & Local Printers
∎ Required to work long hours from time to time
∎ Ability to do remote support (Tools will be provided)
∎ Videoconference experience support can be a good plus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
