As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and aesthetic excellence, MCIL seeks a highly creative, experienced, and passionate Designer to join our dynamic team at the Narayanganj plant. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of unique tile collections that meet customer needs and align with market trends. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in enhancing MCIL’s reputation as a trendsetter in the ceramic industry, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are seamlessly translated into high-quality finished products. The incumbents will report to the department head for the duties & responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the design process from typesetting through tile design, print, and production.

• Prepare and execute color corrections to match previous tile design shades for smooth production.

• Develop designs using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Create screen printing designs, décor, and borders for digital, inkjet, and Rotomatrix machines while working with 4/6/8 color profiles for inkjet machines.

• Establish and maintain ICC color profiles to ensure optimal print quality.

• Adjust colors for complex design samples and align with digital printing machine parameters.

• Coordinate with machine operators and laboratory teams to ensure seamless plant operations.

• Collaborate with the design team and international designers to innovate and develop new products.

• Perform quality checks on designs and maintain design justification files.

• Oversee the sampling process to finalize product designs.

• Ensure all designs meet specifications for digital printing and production standards.
