Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Development as Per Buyer Artwork & Requirements.
∎ After Getting Artwork, Proceed for CAD Marker & Machine Layout for Costing.
∎ Responsible for All Types of, Fabric, Sample, Print, Embroidery, Trims & Accessories Development, Submission & Approval taking from Buyer.
∎ Sample Yarn Requisition, Yarn Dyeing work order Fabric Booking & Coordinately work with Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Printing, and Embroidery & Sample with strong follow-up.
∎ Finding the Difficulties during Sample Development & Make Sure that Production friendly.
∎ Report to Manager Merchandiser of all Merchandising Activities Updates.
∎ Time to time submit Development, Fit, PP, Size Set, Production & Wash Test Sample.
∎ Understand Buyer's Comments and Analyze Comments with the Technical Team.
∎ Hardly Work for Taking One Shoot Approval from Buyer for smooth Bulk Production.
∎ Actively Communicate with Buyer, Supplier and Factory People regular basis.
∎ Sourcing & Strongly Follow up AOP, Yarn Dyeing, Washing, & Accessories, Embroidery with Outsource Suppliers.
∎ Cross-Check all types of in houses Bulk Trims & Accessories with Approval.
∎ Making Scota/Production File & Taking Bulk Production approval from Buyer.
∎ Follow up Sample Development to Shipment with Massive Professionalism.
∎ Required All Test for Garment & Composition Test Done By In-house & Third Party lab.
∎ Sample Development to Shipment all Activities update in ERP TNA.
