Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process on behalf of the client and act as the single point of contact for all design decisions.
• Coordinating with Architects and consultants for the production of schematic design and detailed design development.
• Coordinating with designers for the production of tender drawings and specifications (architectural, structural, landscaping, and interior design)    
• Assist the commercial and QS teams in developing budgets and cost plans during various stages of design·       
• Attending and minute all design meetings with clients, designers, and consultants.    
• Study and coordinate drawings before issue for the pre-construction phase and the GFC phase.·       
• Preparing the Design and Tender schedules along with the Planning Team.·       
• Meetings with client for proposed design changes and evaluation of their impact on schedule and budget.·       
• Conducting value engineering reviews with the support of corporate architectural, structural, and MEP design teams.
• Reviewing and evaluating claims by designers and consultants, and management of change orders.
