∎ Job Summary:
∎ As the Deputy Training Manager at Sundora, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's training and development initiatives for the brands we represent. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will conduct training, develop engaging content, and work closely with our salespersons and employees with the skills and knowledge needed for success. This role requires a dynamic trainer with a passion for training, strong coaching skills, and the ability to initiate and implement training programs.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ * Conduct brand and corporate training for Beauty Advisors and corporate staff across our beauty business verticals which include skincare, cosmetics, perfume, and other verticals such as toys, food and beverage and sports.
∎ * Responsible for coordinating set-up requirements for training prior to scheduled sessions and ensuring proper photographic documentation.
∎ Work on adapting and enhancing training content modules to suit needs of audience.
∎ * Regularly visit stores to ensure the application of learnings from training by Beauty Advisors.
∎ * Facilitate creative and interactive tools to engage and enhance learning during training sessions.
∎ * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of training by providing monthly reports.
∎ * Ensure salespersons possess product knowledge and selling techniques expertise for retail excellence.
∎ *Use tools and forms for recording training session data, including attendance, performance, and progress.
∎ * Collaborate with the brand and retail teams to capture and share new information, updates, product launches, and training support.

∎ Requirements:
∎ * 3-7 years of proven experience in product training and coaching, with certifications in the field highly recommended, if available.
∎ * Knowledge of skincare and makeup is an added advantage.
∎ * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, HRM, or a related field from a reputable educational institution.
∎ * Previous experience in the FMCG, beauty, or fashion industry is highly preferable.
∎ * Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ * Expert and a passionate facilitator with coaching abilities.
∎ * Analytical with strong attention to detail.
∎ * Enthusiastic team player, capable of working in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ * Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bengali.
∎ * High level of professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for coaching/training based on past experiences.
