Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with administrators, Deans/Chairs, faculty, IT and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students, including catalog and registration/records policy questions.
∎ Understanding and proposing linkages across admissions, academic registry, scholarship and internship tracking, etc., so that the students experience an integrated and seamless transition through the University experience (from admission to graduation)
∎ Interpret registration management practices to students, faculty, and other constituencies
∎ Coordinates and supervises registration including classroom assignments
∎ Assume responsibility for student information using database system and ensure integrity of the University's academic and student record keeping
∎ Maintain student enrollment records and transcripts, organize registration procedures, schedule courses and classrooms and prepare master course schedule
∎ Maintain Semester Freeze, Re-admission cases, Grade Review Cases, Registration or Add/Drop of defaulters and students with low CGPA.
∎ Evaluate transfer credits in consultation with relevant faculty/Chairs and facilitate student transfers
∎ Ensure confidentiality in the storage, maintenance, handling, and transfer of student records
∎ Provide input and update the Academic Bulletin and Student Handbook annually when necessary and maintain the University Academic calendar
∎ Assist the Registrar in furnishing all daily applications
