Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to the Project Manager to ensure that the project activities are completed on time within the scope, schedule, and budget by communicating regularly with project managers, Project Coordinator, and other components and sectors
∎ Manage the budget and financial aspects of the project, and track the budget expenses, particularly against the procurement plan including regular forecasting and reporting of the budget expense status, as required
∎ Support the Project Manager by overseeing all aspects of a project from start to finish, including planning and scheduling tasks, managing personnel, and preparing and submitting reports
∎ Communicate the project plan clearly and effectively to the entire project implementation team and supervise the implementation team members to complete the activity timely within the project schedule and scope
∎ Take the lead to ensure coordination with the Camp and Host community stakeholders and ensure approval of the needs assessment and distribute agro-inputs aligning with the needs assessment
∎ Coordinate with the support team members including finance, monitoring, information management and logistics, and other staff members to ensure that the project is completed on time
∎ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance and motivation
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Contribute to the reduction of hunger and malnutrition through increasing productivity of homestead gardening, extend support to nutrition behavior change communication and leveraging health support services from the relevant stakeholders among the host and Rohingya Community at Cox's Bazar district
