Experience:
Masters in Development Studies / Public Health / Environmental Science/ Disaster Management or any other relevant disciplines.
Experienced humanitarian professional with a strong background in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and emergency response, with proven expertise in planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, and successful completion of humanitarian projects specially in the Rohingya Refugees Camps in Ukhiya & Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. Skilled in managing project operations, ensuring compliance with donor, organizational standards, and fostering effective coordination among diverse stakeholders including Govt. administration (CiC), DPHE, Donors, UN, INGO/NGO and communities. Professional working experience in Rohingya Refugees Camp context.
Good in English (written/verbal)Team management, organizational capacity and activity planning

Facilitation of meeting, workshop and donor visit
Assist the Program Manager in planning, scheduling, and implementing project activities.
Supervise and support project staff, consultants, and field teams as required.
Monitor project progress against timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators.
Ensure timely preparation of reports, documentation, and project updates for management, Donors and stakeholders.
Effective communication and coordination among project team members, Stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
Support in budget monitoring and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential risks, delays, and issues, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and quality standards.
Represent the Organization & project in different meetings, workshops, and external forums as delegated.
Provide input for strategic planning and assist in preparing proposals for new initiatives.
Maintain regular liaison with Camp in Change (CiC), others stakeholder and role play as CFP in WASH at Rohingya Refugees Camps.
Coordinate and report to AFA, CIC, and WASH sector on emergency WASH responses and other occurrences
To arrange and facilitate WASH Coordination meeting and share meeting minutes with CiC, AFA and other actors as regular basis.
Participate in different meetings and coordination government and non-government stakeholders (CiC, AFA, CMO, site management unit, etc.) at Camp-level.
