Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure effective cash and fund management.
Follow-up for timely circulation of daily cash and bank balance report.
Daily cash budget preparation for payment planning.
Follow-up timely cheque preparation/fund transfer, approval process through (online/offline) to ensure smooth supplier payment.
Periodical Cash Flow preparation
Loan management & ensure timely drawdown/repayment without any delay
Monitor loan sanction renewal process and ensure timely renewal.
Follow-up timely ledger entry into company book related to treasury transactions to ensure zero audit observation.
Check the bank reconciliation statement and ensure no pending entries.
Effective communications with banks/related stakeholders for smooth banking transactions.
