Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage and monitor distribution expenses within budget
∎ To ensure accurate stock levels for distribution and work closely with the inventory management team.
∎ To ensure all distribution activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
∎ To optimize delivery routes and logistics efficiency.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of products to clients and distributors.
∎ To prepare and issue delivery challans by ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
∎ To facilitate urgent product dispatch through courier services.
∎ To check sales order, quantities, item, rate & mode of transport.
∎ To analyses distribution expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
∎ To conduct rent analysis for both Rental Transport and Courier Services
∎ To implement different policies by provided guidelines.
