  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of contract law and supply chain best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle for goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, service, and reliability.

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships.

  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess and fulfill procurement needs.

  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance reviews.

  • Support audits and risk assessments related to procurement operations.
