Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Finance or Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ Candidate having CA / CMA / ACCA partly qualified required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, IAS BAS, IFRS, Tally Software, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of statutory annual financial statements of limited companies with (IS. BS, CF & Changes of Equity) relevant notes to the accounts & discloser as per standard.
∎ Preparation of revenue schedule, purchase schedule, import schedule, inter unit combined schedule of property, plant & equipment (PPE), Intangible assets, ROU assets, Reconciliation statements of Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax deduction at source, VAT deduction at source, AIT from trade receivable & import, Intercompany loan, Advance sales, Deferred tax calculation, Investment in quoted and unquoted shares & bond and others.
∎ Preparation of credit analysis / deposit of all bank deposit and summary of source of fund & their applications.
∎ Lease accounting (recognition, liability & amortization schedule, repayment schedule etc.) based on various finance lease agreement.
∎ Preparation of consolidated financial of parents' company & its subsidiaries along with all necessary discloser, notes as per IFRS & IAS standard.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the taxation lead & management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Updated knowledge about Tax & VAT rules & regulations
∎ Sound Knowledge about Tally Operating
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must. Advance level knowledge on MS Excel, Power Point and ERP.
∎ Excellent Knowledge on preparation of statutory financial based on IFRS, IAS & BAS.
∎ At least 8-year(s) experiences in any renowned Group of Companies or listed Companies specially manufacturing unit preferred.
∎ Analytical aptitude, Decision-making and Strategic alignment ability
∎ Ability to provide high quality service to all stakeholders
∎ Leadership, Integrity and ability to work in a team
∎ Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English
