Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts & Finance preferably from public university.
∎ Skills Required: ERP, Store/ inventory
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP, Inventory Manageemnt, Store management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure accurate storage of materials/spares/finished products, materials wastage controlling, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition of Plant.
∎ Issuance of GRN upon validation with a view to the invoice and requisition, Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the sales order.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Issue Gate Pass.
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
∎ Need to check and entry in the register i.e.: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Validating materials after proper checking compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Shall be responsible for finish goods stock management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ERP Experience is mandatory.
