∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Preferably BBA & MBA in any discipline.
∎ PGD or Associate Diploma will get preference.

∎ Skills Required: Marketing, team leading and system operation
∎ Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English
∎ Sound knowledge on computer literacy specially on MS Office, Photoshop, Bangla Typing and Internet browsing
∎ Adequate knowledge of HR, Admin and labor law is an added advantage
∎ Should have competency with ERP software
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks
∎ Self-motivated, Sound communication skills and interact management and team members

∎ Expert on Social Media platforms marketing such as in Facebook, twitter, Instagram, YouTube and to reach highest level of website in SEO.
∎ Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance branding, implement digital marketing plans, and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good knowledge of content writing.
∎ Effectively research new markets.
∎ Creativity and problem-solving skills.
∎ Helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
∎ Giving directions to different concern & generate revenue.
∎ Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conducts advertising campaigns.
∎ Knowledge of Creative Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Sound knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Data entry, maintaining and report preparing in MS Excel, Word and Power point.
∎ Daily assigned tasks as per management instruction.
∎ Team leading and monitoring employees as per their job responsibility.

∎ Job Context
∎ The qualified candidate will be responsible for Marketing, dealing with agent, sub agents and candidates, leading team members, reporting management bodies, liaison with gov concern departments like MOEWOE, BMET, TTC, BAIRA and others. Making an executive plan to enhance marketing department in order to develop overseas recruitment activities.
∎ He will supervise the overall marketing & identify profitable business opportunities in overseas sector, secure & sound business deals, also leads business development associates to achieve the company's goal and objective.
