∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide/ Lead and motivation team members to increase productivity ; thus, achievement of targets.
∎ Maintain close contact and good understanding with all potential clients for achieving the sales target, provided by the management.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy.
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell Plot.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Marketing(Land/ Real estate)
∎ Experience in selling Land /Plot in Purbachal will be given preference.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Result oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
