∎ B.Sc. in CSE/CS from reputed University;
∎ Related vendor certification will add advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & Lead the Information Technology Team and computer systems of GFL and identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time. Plan, organize and control overall IT systems of GFL;
∎ Oversee and ensure ERP implementation of GFL;
∎ Oversee the management and functioning of internet and data connectivity to facilitate smooth running of ERP;
∎ Ensure daily IT Support to all users (24/7), ensure security of data, network access and backup and recovery, IT Project Management, IT and Data Security, IT Purchase issue, Approval etc.;
∎ Hands on experience on server administration, virtualization, integration and automation;
∎ Sound knowledge on IP Communication, IP surveillance systems and Data center management;
∎ Ensure different types of report (where required) to relevant departments on a timely basis;
∎ Prepare IT budget for GFL and ensure cost effectiveness, plan the states of project and how each affects the business;
∎ Ensure continuous training to end users to cope with the system upgradation. Manage IT Staff by guiding and appraising their performance;
∎ Ensure document management, review existing process and prepare process flow for the department;
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management.
