Education:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ MBA in HRM or PGD in HRM or Compliance will be treated as added advantage.
∎ Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labor Law, Environmental compliance etc. will also be added advantage

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To process / maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Responsible for Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To maintain employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ To control and manage administration department and its activities and report to Head Office in timely manner as well as follow up those activities.
∎ To prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ To prepare orientation schedule for new employees.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audit. If required, develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
∎ Any other tasks assign by Management.
