Drive preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure >80% equipment uptime.
Prepare CAPA and root cause analysis reports for utility or clean room deviations.
Manage contractors and vendors for utility installation, repair, and calibration.
Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections, internal audits, and third-party certifications.
Optimize energy and resource consumption across utilities to reduce operational costs by 10% annually.
Train and supervise engineering and related staff to ensure SOP adherence and skill development.
Lead engineering-related change control processes in coordination with QA/RA.
Maintain engineering records, utility logs, and compliance documentation up to audit standards.
