Education:
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Biomedical Engineering.

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering can be considered if the candidate have enough skills and experience.

  • Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management or Engineering preferred.

  • CAPA Closure Timeline – Ensure 100% closure within 7 working days (as per CAPA Tracker)·

  • Utility Cost Reduction – Achieve 10% YoY savings (based on Utility Consumption vs Cost Report)·

  • Validation Report Accuracy – Maintain 100% first-time pass in audits (measured by Regulatory Audit Feedback).



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Supervise the design, installation and maintain pharma clean room, equipment as per GMP standards.

  2. Monitor environmental parameters and take corrective action to maintain clean room classification.

  3. Lead clean room qualification and validation activities with documented protocols and reports.

  4. Coordinate daily engineering operations with production and QA to ensure seamless production support.

  5. Drive preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure >80% equipment uptime.

  6. Prepare CAPA and root cause analysis reports for utility or clean room deviations.

  7. Manage contractors and vendors for utility installation, repair, and calibration.

  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections, internal audits, and third-party certifications.

  9. Optimize energy and resource consumption across utilities to reduce operational costs by 10% annually.

  10. Train and supervise engineering and related staff to ensure SOP adherence and skill development.

  11. Lead engineering-related change control processes in coordination with QA/RA.

  12. Maintain engineering records, utility logs, and compliance documentation up to audit standards.
