Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frame & set strategies for all business development & sales team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
∎ Ensure the visiting educational institutes to create new business opportunities.
∎ Attend and speech among the students to let them know the importance of information technology for career
∎ Organize promotional campaigns at the educational institutes with the team cooperation
∎ Achieve the new business lead according to the target to cooperate the sales team
∎ Ensure to arrange offline & online seminars, workshop, training for students of educational institutes
∎ Convince the education authority to sign the MoU for mutual benefits
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Work with the operation team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
∎ Write email, proposals, and various other business informational letters.
∎ Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly business oriented activities for team
∎ Lead the team according the weekly and monthly plan to achieve the target
∎ Ensure the ROI of every activities in terms of departmental as well as organizational goal
∎ Cooperate the seniors about the market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the market promotion and development
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans for business development team
