Doreen Developments Limited, a leading Bangladeshi real estate organization is seeking a senior sales professional to lead high-value residential project sales (land and apartments). The role focuses on conversion leadership, client relationship management, team guidance, and disciplined sales execution across projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete sales lifecycle — inquiry qualification, client consultation, site visits, negotiation, booking confirmation, and documentation coordination.
Drive revenue and conversion performance through structured follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and opportunity prioritization across active projects.
Present project value propositions to clients including specifications, layout interpretation, payment structures, legal documentation, and delivery timelines.
Strengthen long-term client relationships to support referrals, corporate buyer engagement, and portfolio-based repeat clients.
Review and improve lead productivity from digital campaigns, broker networks, corporate channels, walk-ins, and referral sources.
Coordinate with CRM, Legal & Finance teams to ensure seamless booking, agreement execution, collection follow-up, and post-sales support.
Support launch campaigns, fairs, and promotional activities by aligning sales actions with marketing initiatives and campaign responses.
Prepare structured sales dashboards and MIS reports covering funnel movement, client status, booking progress, and pipeline health.
Provide market insights on pricing benchmarks, buyer behavior shifts, competitor offerings, and locality-wise demand patterns.
Guide & mentor junior sales team members on negotiation discipline, client engagement standards, and ethical selling practices.
