Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibility:

  • Prepare & maintain hospital accounts, cash and bank transaction, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, sales records.
  • Prepare financial statements/reports as well as analyses accordingly.
  • Assist in preparation of reports and financial statements for Board Meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of internal departmental budgets and submits periodic budget reports to state.
  • Assist in preparation for annual independent audit. Provides accurate and reliable information as needed for any other reports or audits as requested.
  • Investigate, gather information, and answer routine queries arising from Management.
  • Prepare statistical reports and create standard and ad hoc reports for other departments as requested.
  • Payment processing after verifying and checking submitted documents.
  • Support month- end and year-end account closing process.
  • Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax-related requirements.
  • Develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing system.
  • Reconciliation of banks and other related control accounts.
  • Record keeping and time to time reporting to the hospital management and government regulatory authority.
  • To prepare voucher and posting in Tally software.
  • Perform any other task given by the management.
