Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the Team Leader/Manager of Enterprise Network under Technology Department.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of the department as well as individuals of the department.
∎ Recruit and supervise engineers, executives, and technicians and observe their professional development and training programs.
∎ Analyzing department's and individuals' monthly performance reports to ensure departmental improvement as well as individuals and submit to higher management for further assessment.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
∎ Managing customer support team, proactive service monitoring team, and on-site support team
∎ Under Enterprise Network.
∎ Organize and manage teams of Enterprise Network to design, develop, implement, and operate networks and information systems efficiently.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
∎ Provide appropriate guidelines to team designing advanced solutions according to client's requirements.
∎ Providing necessary assistance to Head of Technology to control the budget and expenditures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years' experience
∎ Strong delegation, and capacity development skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently
