Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Public Health/Health Management or other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience with 3 years in program management, preferably field implementation of maternal and newborn health programs
∎ Experience of working in health system strengthening program with proven expertise in managing community based interventions
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with the government agencies, specially with MOH&FW, Local government and experience of working with a large complex multi-partner team.
∎ Understanding of NGO and public sector and national health system issues is necessary.
∎ Effective communication skill (verbal/written) in Bangla and English
∎ Willingness to travel (at least 80% of time) in field areas
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
