Job Summary
The Deputy Manager of the Cyber Security Department will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing cybersecurity strategies and operations for both internal systems and client environments. As part of a system integration company, the role involves overseeing cybersecurity support services for clients, managing complex IT infrastructures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, client-focused service delivery, and leadership skills to address diverse cybersecurity challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for internal and client systems.
- Manage the deployment of security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Oversee incident response, including investigation and remediation of security breaches.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide cybersecurity support and consulting to clients, addressing their unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions seamlessly.
