∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, BBA in Accounting
∎ BRAC University, University of Dhaka, North South University students will get preference
∎ Professional Certification: CA Application Level Completed
∎ Training/ Trade Course: CA (CC) from A graded Audit Farm will get the priority.
∎ CC completed from top 05 CA Farm
∎ Skills Required: Tally ERP 9
∎ BRAC University,University of Dhaka,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the Chart of Accounts for GTL and implement within timeframe set by Top Management.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Quarterly Half Yearly and Yearly Financial Statements as per cost center. (Department wise)
∎ Preparing the budget for each year and monitoring the budget with analysis of the budget variances
∎ Ensure all entry recorded in the books of accounts as per Chart of Accounts and when occurred.
∎ Monitoring and Ensure Landing cost computation and posted into Tally and ERP timely manner.
∎ Ensure proper record for L/C (like margin & other elements of cost) into the books of accounts and calculate margin and other related cost
∎ Ensure Sales entries both AED and IED in the Tally timely
∎ Ensure reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable (balances) and report to the line manager timely manner
∎ Ensure all principal A/C Balance monthly basis.
∎ Ensure all field related expenses recorded under proper accounts head.
∎ Checking of monthly salary sheet prepared by HR and Accounts team
∎ Ensure bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers and all bank reconciliation accordingly. Also ensure journal vouchers are done timely manner and recorded accurately (as per cost center) in books of accounts.
∎ Ensure entries against LTR (Loan Trust Receipt) adjustment of term loan, Lease finance.
∎ Ensuring all financial transactions (AED & IED) are executed and recorded Tally within timely manner
∎ Calculating the interest & cost of fund on different facilities from banks and controlling them.
∎ Ensure Costing of Inventory with proper record
∎ Arrange Internal Audit of Accounts timely manner.
∎ Arrange Tax Audit and ensure timely filling of Tax Return and Assessment
∎ Ensure timely VAT Return and maintain proper books and record as per VAT
∎ Monitoring the calculating the products MRP
∎ Ensure deduction of TAX, VAT against payment to the Suppliers / Contractor with payment of Govt. dues.
∎ Provide required documents by Bank to enhance facilities
∎ Arrange training for the associate and helping associate to do their activities with satisfactory level
∎ Any other task given by Head of Department and top management
∎ Ensure product wise inventory in tally and cross check with physical quarterly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Accountability
∎ Fresher are also encouraged to apply
∎ Candidate must have working experience of 2 years in Import/Retail Organization.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Managing a Finance & Accounts team.
∎ Completed CA application level (Part-02)
∎ CC completed from top 05 CA Farm
∎ Candidates must be Part Qualified
∎ CA (CC) from A graded Audit Farm will get the priority.
∎ Completed BBA and MBA from BRAC University, University of Dhaka, North South University
∎ 7 to 8 years working experience from relevant companies
∎ Experience in managing team
∎ Candidates will have to work especially on Tally Software and others accounts & finance related tasks.
Salary: Negotiable
