Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts & Finance, ACCA, CACC, CMA-1000.
∎ Public University, North South University, BRAC University, IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial statements, information and reports.
∎ Serve as primary contact with External Auditors and coordinate all financial matters with the board.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets and Financial Reports.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Provide accurate and timely financial reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
∎ Reporting which management required.
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years experience in managerial roles in the relevant fields.
∎ Computer skill.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Advanced in Excel.
∎ Experienced in Tally ERP-9 or ERP software.
Salary: Negotiable
