Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Anthropology/Development Studies/Social Welfare/Economics or related discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position under Cox`s Bazar Area Program (including Rohingya Response). We are working in different locations in Cox`s Bazar, providing vital services to displaced Rohingya peoples, including distributing the food, shelter, water & sanitation, education, health, nutrition, and child protection needs of the Rohingya refugees, particularly of the children. We are also supporting the Host Community through our diverse programming.
∎ Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: Up to December, 2020. Possibility of further extension upon funding availability

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience of working in NGOs, preferably in Accountability, Community Mobilisation, Monitoring and Evaluation or relevant areas.
∎ Sound knowledge and experiences on qualitative research.
∎ Clear understanding about monitoring and accountability system as well as Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS)
∎ Experience of designing and implementing accountability systems, including Complaints Feedback and Response mechanisms(CFRMs)
∎ Experience of conducting and quality assuring data collection, processing and analysis (both quantitative and qualitative)
∎ Excellent proficiency in report writing skill both in Bangla and English and also have the ability to produce quality analytical reports.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, including Publisher, digital data collection tools (e.g. Kobo/Survey CTO) and infographics software
