Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fortress Developments Ltd (FDL), a leading real estate development company and a sister concern of Fortress Group, is searching for a dynamic and target-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead our Sales & Marketing team.
∎ About FDL
∎ FDL specializes in designing, constructing, and managing high-quality residential and commercial properties in Bangladesh. We're known for our commitment to excellent design, functionality, and sustainable practices.
∎ About the Role
∎ As DGM, Sales & Marketing, you'll be a key player in driving FDL's growth and profitability. You'll develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you'll lead a high- performing team to ensure successful project launches and consistent brand messaging across the market.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ • Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
∎ • Oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing funnel, including lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management (CRM).
∎ • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to create a high-performing and results-oriented environment.
∎ • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new sales opportunities in Bangladesh.
∎ • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure sales and marketing materials accurately represent the properties.
∎ • Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
∎ • Oversee the development and execution of creative and targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, and events relevant to the Bangladeshi market.
∎ • Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer preferences in Bangladesh to inform sales and marketing strategies.
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry partners in Bangladesh.
∎ Qualifications
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ • 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record
∎ of success in the Bangladeshi real estate industry.
∎ • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies specifically for the Bangladeshi market.
∎ • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
∎ • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences in Bangladesh.
∎ • Analytical mind with a strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
∎ • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools commonly used in Bangladesh.
∎ • Experience in budgeting and managing financial resources is a plus.
