∎ Design eye-catching brochures, flyers, ads, and social media graphics that sell our properties
∎ Create beautiful website graphics and digital marketing materials
∎ Work with our team to develop strong marketing campaigns
∎ Keep our brand looking sharp across all materials.
∎ [3-4 years] of experience in graphic design (real estate experience is a bonus)
∎ Bachelor's degree in any field + Graphic design certification (preferred).
∎ A killer portfolio with examples of your work
∎ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles and their application to marketing
∎ Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
