Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Proficiently handle project layout and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Take ownership of the drawing studio and the accurate preparation of project estimates. Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly project plans for efficient project execution. Prepare Material Purchase Requisitions (MPR) and Material Receipt Reports (MRR) with precision. Generate and maintain inventory reports, ensuring that ledgers are consistently updated. Provide effective supervision for various aspects of construction, including foundation, superstructure, plumbing, tiling, painting, and aluminum work. Possess expertise in exposed concrete (fair-faced) building techniques, contributing to the aesthetic and structural aspects of projects. Maintain clear and proactive communication with relevant departments to ensure seamless workflow and project progress. Collaborate with the Site Engineer and project team to address any challenges and ensure timely solutions. Uphold and promote safety protocols and regulations on-site at all times. Assist in maintaining records of site activities, progress reports, and project documentation. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Managing store operations and attending to guests, landowners, and clients.
