NSRM Electronics seeking some dynamic, experience and motivated officer for our products NSRM Ceiling Fan, NSRM Charging Fan & also more electronics products.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieving 100% target levels of business through management of Professional Sales team, introducing new network of dealer and prospects.
Sales planning & Sales monitoring (Division wise) through budgetary control and achievement.
Operate nationwide promotional sales programs to increase profit margin.
Communicate with particular Department to ensure smooth and in time delivery Follow up Zonal Manager (ZM) activities on daily basis, Find out and solve problem in the channel of distribution.
Building sales force through knowledge distribution.
Territory wise market visit & Routine coverage follow up.
Collect and generate IMS and Dealer sales plan and achievement analysis.
Generate creative and new ideas for future sales strategies
Arrange and monthly and yearly coordination meeting (Zone and Nation Wide)
Arrange nationwide VCM, Dealer Meet and other customer bonding activities
Engaging and proposing the development of new marketing propositions
Devising our go-to-market plan for services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution.
Implementation of Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage.
To recruit, spire, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals, who will deliver high standards of sales services across all identified markets and service lines
To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.
To manage the Market Excellence/ Intelligence process; gathering customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.
To work closely with the Sales Admin to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.
Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery.
Establish and monitor performance reporting systems.
