Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
∎ Analyze market trends, financial data, and other relevant information to provide strategic financial recommendations to the senior management team.
∎ Develop long-term business plans, financial forecasts, and budgets.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
∎ Manage the company's cash flow, including optimizing working capital, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
∎ Monitor financial performance and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax regulations.
∎ Manage cash flow and financial planning, ensuring availability of funds as needed.
∎ Implement efficient cash management policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company's obligations.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
∎ Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
∎ Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the company's operations and assets.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and laws governing financial and tax reporting.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
∎ Negotiate and manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Good negotiation skill to deal with the related stakeholders, likes bank, financer, donors, investors, regulators, auditors, lawyers, etc.
∎ Optimize vendor contracts and financial agreements to minimize costs and enhance profitability.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in finance and accounting.
∎ Implement process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
∎ Any other job as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ MBA/MBS/M.Com. from any (UGC approved) public or private university.
∎ CA/CMA qualified.
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience and at least 05 years as Head of the Department.
