∎ Preferably 01-03 year’s experience from relevant field
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
∎ Should have knowledge on security risk assessment and security survey
∎ Good communication skills, hardworking and energetic

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
∎ Find out potential clients and increase posts at south-east region.
∎ Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.
∎ Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
∎ Posting adjustment of the field forces in coordination with Aegis Head Quarter.
∎ Performing regular post visit as per plan.
∎ Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.
∎ Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
∎ Look after welfare issues of field forces.
∎ Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.
